Tater Shack is owned and operated by  Robert & Cindy Carter. Established in 2001, the Tater Shack has become one of Dickson's finest eateries!  Just drive by at lunch time and you'll see for yourself. The place is packed!

And why shouldn't it be?  The Tater Shack's menu is chock full of great tasting, freshly prepared food.  There is something for everyone to enjoy.  Their specialty of course, would be their baked potatoes.  Now keep in mind that these aren't the ordinary potatoes you buy at your local grocery store.  These spuds are HUGE!  When prepared and presented to the customer, the potato takes up the entire dinner plate!  No kidding!  They have created at least 20 "Designer Taters" on their menu, but you can create your very own work of art and design your own tater, with their large group of tater "add-on's".  Choose from delicious toppings like grilled chicken breast, chili, melted cheese, jalapenos, tomatoes and more!  YUM!!!!  But, the Tater Shack is more than just taters.... Their freshly prepared sandwiches (they make them after you order them!) are just what you need for a quick and pleasing lunch.  Pair them with some chips or a salad, and a refreshing drink and you have it made!  But wait!  They have dessert too.....Yummy cheesecake, GIGANTIC cookies, fudgy chocolate cream pie and more!
